Business terms and conditions
General provisions
These business terms and conditions are valid for purchases on the website www.htavideo.com The terms and conditions define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller, which is Ferrax sport s.r.o., Lipolec 14, 38001 Dačice, Id. No.: 38001 26019019, VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER: CZ26019019. The relationship between the seller and the buyer - consumer - not provided for by the business terms and conditions shall be governed by the Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Coll.) and by the Consumer Protection Act (No 634/1992 Coll.). The relationship between the seller and the buyer - entrepreneur - not provided for by the business terms and conditions shall be governed by the Commercial Code (No. 513/1991 Sb.). This material is an information product. Any reproduction or provision to third parties is prohibited unless permitted by the author. By ordering this program, you accept that any use of the information contained in the training materials, and any successes or failures resulting therefrom, are only the responsibility of the buyer and that the seller shall not bear any responsibility for them.
Order
The buyer orders selected services by filling out the electronic order form. The buyer is obliged to check the order prior to its dispatch and repair it, if necessary. An order sent to the buyer is binding and establishes reciprocal rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, i.e. the seller undertakes to provide the ordered services to the buyer and the buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price for the services. By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he is aware of the business terms and conditions for the purchase on the website www.htavideo.com The buyer orders selected services by filling out the electronic order form. The price of goods
You can find all the prices of services, including VAT, in the summary of the application. The seller is liable to pay value added tax.
Form and method of payment
Lump sum payment means that you have to pay immediately after sending the order form. All payments are made through the PayPal payment gateway. You enter the payment card and credit cards numbers using a secure and trusted channel of PayPal.
Security of user account
The access to your user account is secured by a user name and password. The buyer is obliged to respect the confidentiality of information necessary to access his user account and acknowledges that the seller shall not be liable for the breach of this obligation on the part of the buyer.
Terms of delivery.
Access data to the member section will be sent to the buyer immediately upon the payment of the binding order. The educational video of the Hockey Talent Academy Program and other teaching materials to this program are available in the member section.
Withdrawal from the purchase contract
The buyer shall have the right under Section 53 (7) of the Civil Code to withdraw from the agreement concluded via the Internet within the extended period of 30 days from the placement of order. Withdrawal must be submitted by electronic means to the e-mail address: info@hockeytalent.cz with the statement that the buyer withdraws from the contract.
The seller will send to the buyer a credit note in the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the online course, including VAT. The amount will be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the email containing the withdrawal from contract. After withdrawing from the agreement, the access to the member section of the paid online Hockey Talent Academy Program, or to the other bonuses of the program, will be disabled.
Personal data protection
Ferrax sport s.r.o. undertakes to fully respect the confidentiality of personal and corporate data of the buyer which are secured against unauthorized access and protected against abuse. Personal data as well as purchase data are stored in the database protected against misuse and will not be disclosed to third parties. By filling out the order form, the buyer agrees to the inclusion of all provided personal data in the database of Ferrax sport s.r.o. as administrator, and to their subsequent processing for marketing purposes and commercial communications by electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., until the revocation of the consent.
Final provisions
These Business Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 17.7. 2014. The seller reserves the right to change them without prior notice.
